”Gift bag was a nice touch! Shower and bathroom area could use a renovation and brighter lighting. Breakfast didn't have hot food because of some kitchen malfunction - disappointed. ”

”Missed our connecting flight and had to get a hotel room at midnight to spend the night with my wife and two young children. Called the hotel to get their shuttle service and were picked up less than 10 minutes later. The lady working the desk at midnight was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. She got us into our room within 5 minutes. We checked out at 5:00 am and she had coffee and muffins for us. Overall, the service was incredible, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. 10/10...

The front desk person is amazing. Didn’t get her name, but I checked in on 7/9. Super personable. I needed ice and she found a bag in the freezer. You can buy an ice maker from Amazon for under $70. The owners should invest in that. Ice is important in this weather. The street is nice. The neighborhood is mid. Kinda dicey and I live in LA…. Not a lot of choices for...
