”We thoroughly enjoyed a 2 week honeymoon at Casa Cook El Gouna on ‘half board’. There was a big variety of food to choose from each day and the restaurant chefs & waiters went above and beyond to cater to your needs. The staff in general were accommodating from the moment of arrival until our check out. The resort includes various optional/complimentary experiences week to week, which really adds something special to your stay. The spa area is very relaxing and we really enjoyed having massages....

”Älä tee virhettä ja majoitu tässä hotellissa. Ei todellakaan 4 tähden tasoinen. Ruoka ällöttävää, huoneet likaisia, ainakaan baarin mukeja ei pestä kunnolla vaan virutetaan vedellä. Ällöttävää. Ainut positiivinen asia tässä hotellissa oli henkilökunta. Muuten kamala kokemus. ”

”Good location, plenty of activities, beautiful scenery, well maintained surroundings and clean beach. Very friendly hotel staff. Relax and have fun with program done by animation team. Great selection of breakfast and dinner buffet. If craving for small snacks, pool bar is great. Plenty of activities for kids and for adults. Taxi from the hotel are expensive, but reliable. Hotel rooms can be upgraded they are not four star quality. ”

”My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation.”

”Hotel personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Strand gepflegt. Zimmer etwas in sie Jahre gekommen und teilweise kein wifi empfang im zimmer. Essen war in Ordnung.”

”Our stay at Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm welcome and professional staff to the beautiful room, excellent food, drinks, facilities and wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. The service was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. There is just one small thing I would like to mention: the Nespresso coffee capsules in the room were not included in the all-inclusive package. Honestly,...

”Wonderfull resort with lots of space. Staff is really helpfull and the location is great. Pools: I didn't try all the pools. 2 of the 3 I tested are atleast heated. I don't know about the pool with slides and the kids pools. The adults only rooftop pool was a bit disappointing because it's only 40cm Deep. So not for swimming. The view and bar there are nice though. Beach: Access to beach is easy enough. Cross the street to the sister hotel and walk The beautifull garden road or take a free...

”The room was very comfortable and tidy. It was nice have a separate toilet from the bathroom. We had two beds as I was traveling with my teen son. The beds very big and comfy. It was nice to have two billows in the bed one nice and soft and the other firm. We started our day with a breakfast in the Green House. It was lovely gluten-free and organic. We enjoyed our lunch and dinner in the main dining hall. There were always many options to choose from. The staff was super friendly and always...
