”Wonderful ”

”I was upgraded free to VIP room so my review might be little biased. Room was excellent. Lunch and breakfast were tasty. The location of hotel is a bit far from center. When I went to massage and I tried to give tip she basically asked to tip more. This behavior was rude and she didn't seem very friendly in the first place. This is my only negative experience with the hotel.”

”Hotel is in good location in Nha Trangista beach, not close to restaurants but close to mall. Hotel rooms are good size but dirty and will smell of smoking inside even we booked non-smoking room. There is excellent gym at the hotel and nice pool, also good breakfast. Biggest problem in this hotel is that front desk service is super bad, their English skill is almost none and they are not willing to help you. ("Customer is always right" attitude is totally missing from this hotel). Basically...

”Hyvä hotelli loistavalla paikalla aivan keskustassa. Hotellilla ilmaiset aurinkotuolit rannalla. Hotellin uima-allas pieni, samoin kuntosali jossa muutamia laitteita. Aamiainen monipuolinen. Huoneet siistit ja kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet löytyvät. Hotellin palvelutaso hyvä. Lähistöllä paljon ravintoloita, sekä hyvät ostosmahdollisuudet.”

”Excellent stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially My at the restaurant; Phuong, Loc, Vinh and Mr. Chi at front desk (le tan). Hotel is clean and has all needed amenities. The housekeeping staff is also good. Excellent location with the beach across the street and the river in the back. We will stay here again the next time we come to Nha Trang.”

”Rất hài lòng. Bể bơi sạch, rộng, thoáng. À. Sàn bể bơi nên thay gạch lát đi thôi, gạch bị bong ra, rất dễ bị thương chân khách đấy ạ. Nhất là bể trẻ em. Ăn sáng đa dạng, hài lòng. Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thơm tho. View phố cũng đẹp. Sẽ quay lại”

”Everything was good. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The bellman with blue uniforms very kindness, I just stayed outside to wait for someone under the Sun, he brought the umbrella to cover me. Very thankful! All staffs at the reception desk helped me alot since I stayed there almost 4 weeks, therefore, I felt like they are family. This is my second time stay at this hotel. I just don’t like a bit about the parking at night time, they close the garage earlier than last year, I had to call...
