”As soon as I walked in greeted with a smile and directions on where to check in. The staff at reception and cafe were polite friendly and very welcoming. The room was a good size with USB ports, bathroom also was a good size, no A/C in the room but was provided a fan. The bed in my opinion (and just my preference) was a bit hard, but being honest you will never please everyone as everyone preference are different. I went with my 12 year old and there were times kids could use these facilities (and the seating area outside the pool), these were 9-10 and 2 hours (think it was 4-6pm). Under 16s not allowed in the heat rooms. Got towels given to us at the pool to use. Overall a great stay, nice food and kid friendly.”
