”Because of the state fair the rooms rates were ridiculously high. We pre checked in to save time at the desk but still took about 20 minutes to get our keys and had to give them all the same things I entered online. The property is very dated and in need of repair. Our room was very small and musty with a noisy window air conditioner that was not adequate. The bathroom was super compact, dirty and in need of maintenance. Beds and pillows needed to be upgraded. ”Do not stay here. It is unsafe. The AC does not work. Exposed wires from the AC. Exposed wires above the shower from a non-working ceiling fan. Parking lot full of transients all night long. When checking in there was a can of ant and roach spray on the counter. It was the only room in town because of the State Fair. Property should be condemned. No night time employees staff the hotel either.”

”Close to the Knsas State Fair Grounds. This one night was perfect for economy. The manager was welcoming. And bed clean and comfy. The property is dated. The pool clean. Near by Burger place delivers. Thank you.”

”The towels were clean but stained. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Bath was disgusting sonof possible to take a shower. Air-conditioning was so loud. So on and so on. The worst motel i have ever had the misfortune to stay in Absolutely overall DISGUSTING and I have had to stay in approximately 20 and NEVER this bad”

”Great little bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay again on my next trip to the area. The only issue was finding local stations on the TV, older and technologically challenged. Thank you very much!”

”Was very pleased with the communication, access, and cleanliness of the house.”

”Great spot if you're traveling with kiddos. Fenced in backyard to get some wiggles out, spacious front porch, splash pad within 5 min. Safe staircase, and the layout allows the kids to sleep while parents can still watch TV downstairs without disrupting them. One note of caution is that the beds sit on a platform base, covered by bedding. Only one of us was spared banging their knee on the corner of the bed. Aside from that, very clean and well thought out home to stay in!”
