”Wonderful stay! Communication with owner was superb, so easy to get in. Location was perfect , Mike from harbor town and a mile from sea lines beach. Right around corner from bike rental so that was easy as well. Would highly recommend!”

”Very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Newer floors and bathroom were very nice. We ate out on the balcony every morning with a great unobstructed view of the ocean. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were provided helped save us some money. The 2nd floor was the perfect location - stairs were easy to climb (elevator is available) and the balcony has a top that provides shade (unlike the 3rd floor). We highly recommend this condo for anybody that just needs a 1 bedroom/1 bath. The...

”The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park.
