Firstly, on 25 January I checked my emails for the instructions on after hours key collection to find nothing in my inbox. I called LJ Hooker Sussex Inlet and they advised me that they hadn’t sent the email (despite me having previously advised that we would be arriving after hours). They then sent me an email stating that we needed to collect the key from their lockbox and...

” The studio was clean and had a fresh feel upon arrival. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable—you could feel the springs through the mattress, so was unable to have a good night's sleep and ended up having a sore back. We only received a payment confirmation email which had no address for where the studio was situated and went to the address on the receipt which turned out to be the rental office.
