The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is perfectly situated between two hotspots in Noord so there is lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Only feedback is they should let visitors know that certain amenities are not available due to construction or otherwise. The kids club and steakhouse on site were both closed during our stay

”From the moment I got to Aruba I was greeted with the upmost kindness however the greatest demonstration of that was during my stay at Privada! From the recommendations of where to eat to making a late checkout time everything was great. ”We stayed 5 nights at Modern Hotel Aruba 5-10.1. Mike was there when we arrived, and we didn't really need to do anything for checking in, since we had payed for our stay in advance. Mike helped us straight away when we arrived and drove us to a restaurant for dinner. Highly appreciated! He also gave us his number so we could contact him on WhatsApp if we had any questions. We walked to eat at Oak and what a great place to eat! FOOD WAS AMAZING. The AC unit in the bedroom was great, the one in our living room experienced an issue while we were there.
