”On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff at reception. The rooms are clean and presentable with welcome cookies and drinks in the mini fridge. The bed was really comfy with a nice duvet. Location is fantastic. Would highly recommend. ”

”Pleasantly surprised. Paul was very welcoming & friendly. He gave us advice on taxis and where to go (taxi less than £7 to first direct arena - dont get uber!). Hotel dated but really nice. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Room good, bed a bit too soft for me. The fan was a welcome addition as it got hot overnight and the quilt is very warm. ”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”We had a great stay with so much space and wonderful amenities especially in the kitchen. Was a little hard to find the entrance at first but down the alley there it was. Staff friendly at reception and welcoming. ”
