Welcome to a spacious private 5-bedroom gated community villa located approximately 5.4 km from Hyderabad Airport. Every bedroom has a king-size bed, comfortable pillows, a 1.5-ton air conditioner and a private en-suite bathroom with toiletries. All bathrooms are connected to a central solar hot-water system.
Please note that the final 1.6 km approach to the community is through a ghat road with curves and inclines. After this stretch, guests enter a beautiful and peaceful residential community.

The space
This spacious private villa is arranged across three floors with lift facilities , allowing families and groups to stay together while still enjoying privacy.

Ground floor:
One bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, a spacious main hall with sofa seating and TV, a modern kitchen with cooking facilities, and one additional guest bathroom.

A lift is available for easy access to all floors.

First floor:
Three bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, along with a separate living room for guests to relax and spend time together.

Second floor:
One spacious bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, offering additional privacy and comfort.

All five bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, comfortable pillows and 1.5-ton air conditioners. Basic toiletries are provided in every en-suite bathroom, and the bathrooms are connected to a central solar hot-water system.

The modern kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities and essential kitchen items, allowing guests to prepare meals during their stay.

• Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.

• Please switch off lights, air conditioners and other electrical appliances when not in use.

• Kindly take care of the furniture, kitchen equipment and all amenities. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Children should use the lift only under adult supervision.

Important: Bachelor parties and stag groups are strictly not allowed. Our properties are best suited for families, business travellers, and guests seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay. If your purpose of travel is a party or celebration, we kindly request that you choose a different property.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their reservation.

This includes all five bedrooms, five private en-suite bathrooms, the additional guest bathroom, the ground-floor hall, the first-floor living room, the TV area, the modern kitchen and the common areas.

The host does not stay at the property, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay. Location and check-in instructions will be shared before arrival.

Other things to note
Important access information: The final approximately 1.6 km before entering the community is a ghat-road stretch with curves, slopes and inclines. Guests should be comfortable driving on a hilly road and are advised to drive slowly and carefully, especially at night or during rainy weather. Upload ghat road picture as well.

After completing the ghat-road stretch, guests will enter a beautiful, peaceful and well-maintained residential community. We are sharing this information clearly so guests can make an informed decision before booking.

The property is located approximately 8 km from Hyderabad Airport.
