”Really nice, renovated property in a good location. It felt clean and secure - a little bit of noise from upstairs neighbors but I believe that is to be expected in a old row house like this. It was easy to park right by the house and it's a breeze to get to Fells Point and the Symphony hall nearby which was our main event. Nice local eats and coffee nearby, too. ”We loved the apartment, it was as it appears in the photos, a cute and functional 2 bedroom apartment with a cute common area. We unexpectedly needed to have a 3rd person join us. The host was kind in approving the addition of a 3rd person to our stay. We greatly appreciated their generosity and compassion.The only downside to the apartment was that the drain in the bathtub was very slow and left a couple of inches of water in the tub by the end of a 5 minute shower.”

”We had a group of 14 stay at house and the house fit us all comfortably. The house was modern and clean with great areas to hang out both inside and out. The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room area is perfect for a big group to enjoy spending time in. Winston is a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful. We had a great time and I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.”

”The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable the building staff are warm friendly and very accommodating we had very small issues such as the coffee machine and the living room television but owner was very responsive and addressed both. We enjoyed the pool and there was a pool party thrown by the building management which was great. The location is close to everything just a very short car drive. The neighborhood is transitioning so day time walks are ok. I would definitely stay again...

"The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room from others rooms through the ventilation system. In sum, the 2 nights I spent there didn't meet the expectations and in this hotel that has been nice some decades ago, but needs an update if it wants to meet modern standards. "
