”This was a last minute stay because of a flight cancellation. I booked based on hyatt reputation and it didn’t fail to meet expectations. The only downside was there is no parking and you have to valet for $30. There was a public parking garage around the corner but I wouldn’t walk from there to the hotel entrance. ”

”This hotel did NOT smell of smoke/vaping/weed like so many other hotels! People did smoke just outside the doors occasionally, but it did not reek of their smoke in the doorways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not own a cell phone, so would have preferred to call home from my room, but the room phones do not allow calling out. However, the staff allowed me to call from the front desk every day, no hassles. I did not use the pool, but it was a nice pool and rarely too crowded....

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
