”The hotel was great. The bedding very comfortable, the property very clean, the breakfast excellent. What was not good was the attitude of the woman at the counter. No welcoming personality whatsoever. She is in the wrong business. She needs to get a job where she is not dealing with the public, especially a hotel that should be welcoming.”

”Location was convenient for me in Towson, otherwise, everything was terrible. The dirtiest and least maintained hotel I’ve ever used. Strong smell and or smoke of weed everywhere!!”

”The hotel was very well maintained, friendly staff. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the pillows were soft as well. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion, big tv. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. Big bathroom with plenty of soft towels. The pool was heated and plenty of towels as well. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing time, I would definitely come back to stay here.”

”The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...

”Clean and good-sized rooms. Nice pool and very comfortable beds. The most outstanding feature was the chef and the breakfast. Chef Nell and Edwin were wonderfully welcoming and attentive and the breakfast was great. Other staff were just OK. Reception desk seemed stressed and/or under-staffed. Housekeeping did not attend to our room at all during our 2-night stay and we had to request towels twice. But overall excellent value and would recommend to others.”

”The staff was very friendly, and the shuttle service went above and beyond. However, my bill had a number of charges from some other guests' TV box on it. It took several calls to get my statement corrected, and I was told the TV boxes are sometimes moved to other rooms and then not reprogrammed. CHECK your TV when you arrive. If it does not have your name on it contact the front desk immediately.”

”It’s an older property, elevators were slow. The room was big, happy hour was fun, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very nice. They also have a really big lobby and the in house restaurant was good.”

”Stole a $100 deposit. Claimed we had a pet in the room because they found pet hair when we never had a pet. Our clothes may bring in a very small amount of pet hair because we own a dog at home but we did not ever bring a pet anywhere near this property and they are using this excuse to steal our deposit. The screenshots of a video they sent looked scammy as well. Wouldn't trust this property ever again and neither should anyone else. We're young adults living penny to penny and bought a cheap...

”The staff was wonderful but so overburdened. The Marriott CEO’s aim to cut corners is woefully apparent and made the stay more challenging because they were so understaffed. Truly, the personnel were kind and accommodating, especially those at the front desk. They were literally checking people in, answering phones, making coffee, and taking bar orders simultaneously and somehow with a smile! Unfortunately the financial decisions of higher ups have reflected negatively on the entire Marriott...

”The room was very dusty. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink and on the faucet. No kleenex. The on not positive was it had a refrigerator. No utensils, kitchen ware. Room smelled like smoke. Bed was hard and when you laid on it, the plastic it was wrapped in crinkled. I was worried about bed bugs but I didn't see any. This looked like a long term place for homeless people. It was a big mistake to stay there for a short business trip.”
