”Amazing stay great staff very clean felt very safe all around a great place to stay”

”When we checked in the clerk wasn't real friendly. For an ADA room the bathroom was very spacious. Missing was a full-length mirror. It's very helpful to someone in a wheelchair. Desk was at a great heighth. On the second day of our stay, the room was not cleaned. We asked for clean towels and they were never delivered. Breakfast was good. Hotel was conveniently located for my needs so I will go back.”

”Great location, close to Costco and many restaurants. We booked the hotel to take a shower after a long trail race in Mt Hood before flying back to Texas that night. The shower pressure is great, the room is clean, and the front desk staff is friendly and very kind (He was from Texas too!)!”

”Rooms, lobby, and fitness center were clean. Coffee, which was served all day, was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

”It was very nice. The outside was well maintained. The inside was well maintained as well. It was nice and clean. Everyone we talked to seemed nice and helpful. It was a good area with no heavy traffic. The ice in the ice machine could have been a little more loose, it was very much chunked together when we went to use it. And the iced pitcher of water that they have on the stand was empty a lot when we went to use it. But those are minor things. All of us had a great time!”

”Great place. Nice room. A few quibbles: 1. steep steps into the lobby, 2. Portable ac unit very loud 3. Coffee machine was a Keurig. This level place should have better quality (eg Nespresso). 4. Shower too small - was smallest I have been in my life.”

”Great location and friendly staff. Room is spacious but needs more electrical outlets. Daily room service only upon request. They also require you to submit your request no later than 2:00 pm the day before which means on the day you check in (which at the earliest is 3:00) you missed the deadline. So the earliest you can get room service is two days after you check in. It's a dumb policy which only aggravates a guest that would like their room serviced daily. ”Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä keskustan lähellä, mutta silti moottoriteille oli helppo pääsy. Helppo raitiovaunu yhteys keskustaan, jonka hotelli tarjosi. Huone (keittiönurkkauksineen ja kylpyhuoneineen) oli viihtyisä ja riittävän iso, myös pienelle perheelle.”

Awkward checking in if you need accessible entrance; had to call desk from cellphone outside to get them to open that door, & it took a few minutes to get their AI phone answerer to understand my problem & relay to humans at the desk, because they can’t see you from the desk there. Would be nice if they had an intercom at that door, but it’s an old building. But they did come...

”I would not give this hotel a bad rating just many small things added up. You cannot reach the front desk when calling ahead. Only a service hotline that could not pass on a message to have a crib ready for me. The bathroom was dated and the AC did not work in the room. On top of that the room service was out of wine. Valet parking worked but had to circle the block 3 times to get a spot in front to unload to find out that The parking garage next door is much cheaper.”
