”I laid down to go to sleep and I got poked by something woke up in the morning and let the staff know and they were making it seem like they didn’t know what was going on, and I kept telling him I didn’t find what poked me but something kept poking me. I got home and I checked my whole body, and I have little bite marks all over my body. Both my husband and myself have little bite mark. ”

”The room was a good size for our family of 4 and generally clean, except that my kids found a water bottle cap inside the coffeemaker and a plastic shoe cover under the desk. The air conditioner worked, but the wall remote didn’t, and the bathroom fan also wasn’t working. We were too tired to change rooms, so we just went to sleep, it was very stuffy. Aside from that, the hotel was pleasant, breakfast was good, and the gym had everything I needed for my morning workout.”

”We stayed for two nights and it was a nice motel. It was a bit off to get cups, plates, silverware and pans in a box from the office. ”

”This was a beautiful stay with quiet luxury and very friendly staff. One of the best things was the non-plastic breakfasts. Fresh cut cheeses and fresh made breads. Nespresso machine to make strong Americanos. They also offer made to order cooked eggs, etc. with a cook on staff. ”

”The most quiet hotel I have ever stayed at. I do not have a car and access to public transportation was within walking distance. Very accessable location. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.”

”Property is up to par with Marriott. Although Expedia advertised no parking fee, fee was taken. No breakfast is included. ”

”This is one of my favorite hotels. The beds are excellent, and the staff is great. The rooms have thermostats, which is a nice touch.”

”The maid snuck into our room while the do not disturb sign was up. She did not announce herself which made us very uneasy about leaving our belongings in the room while we were gone. We don't plan on staying at this location again. Also there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.”

”Property advertises a pool. It was unavailable. I quite literally paid extra for this -- I could have chosen another property that is cheaper and similar in all other respects. I should be refunded.”
