”The listing was misleading because it didn't show what building the room was in until after it was booked. The address listed is the hotel and it is far from there. There was no guaranteed parking and the apartment was not stocked well enough for a property with no services (not enough towels, no beach towels, not enough pillows, etc.). Also the pool and other common areas were in a state of disrepair. ”

”Not a real starbucks on site. Beautiful hotel but not enough food options. ”

”No tiene calefacción la alberca. La chica de recepción nos recibió con mala cara. Entiendo que todos tenemos un día malo pero no había nada de gente y cuando le hacía preguntas ni si quiera me miraba. Fatal. La comida está pasable. El precio del hotel no va de acuerdo con lo que obtienes. ”

”Great breakfast. Nice shower, underground parking and a comfy bed. All in a great location. I would stay again :) ”

”The afternoon check in woman is not helpful at all. It appears she doesn’t want to even be working. There is a ton of construction debris surrounding the side and back of hotel that many rooms look over. ”

”Excellent choice away from busy and loud Malecon, but still short walking distance to all the action. Great staff and excellent onsite restaurant. Beatiful building in an amazing condition and attention to detail. ”

”Lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Delicious coffee and breakfasts. We had a "kitchenette" type room, and it had lots to work with. Sylvana shows a lot of thoughtfulness, thru both her daily interaction and what is on hand at the B&B. Will definitely return!”

”Location, location, location. Very close to all and far enough to relax. The hotel is located 2 small blocks away from El Malecon so it makes it very convenient to go for walks to the restaurants or just enjoy the beach. If you are planning to do any tours, I highly recommend to booked the tours at the hotel, so you can get picked up and dropped off. The only inconvenience is the restaurant they use for the breakfast. The waiters are on their phones most of the time, they make too many mistakes...

”Central location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. We had a good stay at Hblue on a Baja California Sur road trip. Parking is first come first served, we got a spot for our car which felt really safe. You can easily walk to the Malecon, restaurants etc. Simple Mexican style breakfast was included in the room price, I was glad they had fresh fruit. ”

”Basic hotel in a good spot with sea views. Convenient when traveling with car: there is plenty of parking space and it’s easy to drive to Playa Balandra, Malecon etc. The Calavera rocks right opposite the hotel is a beautiful spot! Free breakfast was pretty good compared to other similar hotels with same price point. Staff was friendly. Cons: wifi was very weak in the room and I had to take my laptop to the lobby when working. Shower was bad, water splashing everywhere in uneven pressure and...

”Room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. We loved the beach location, and a short drive over to the Malecón. Private and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. Leeann was a wonderful hostess. Highly recommend this place.”
