”Vrisa is located next to Radisson and Marriot hotels, and while it does not have the 5-star hotel facilities it is top notch in the mid-range hotels. Room and facilities were clean to western standards and the service was good and staff was not creepy as can happen sometimes in Indian hotels. The only downside is lack of western breakfast and non-veg options. I would stay here again.”

The front desk turned the light off to be like a haunted mansion and we say hello to find someone to provide our booking but no one appeared at the time of check-in. The rooms( we book 2 rooms) were too dirty to be a 3.5 stars hotel. Our feet were turned black because of dusty floor. My skin got rashes after i sleep in the blanket. The towels were too dark...

The bed had curry marks that literally dried up, and no one cared to wash them. The washroom pot was literally black, unclean, and unhygienic. The washroom lights were not working. I had to complain then they replaced the tubelight the next day. I had to use my phone flash light for the 1st day.”
