”Excellent staff, pool area, food and cleanliness of rooms. (The old part of the hotel was a bit run down but the new hotel rooms were excellent.) the location was good, near to the airport but it was quite noisy due to aircrafts landing over the hotel. Also the beach was rocky not sandy. Waves were heavy everyday due to wind. But it is the windy side of the island so that is a characteristic feature. ”

”Our stay at Electra Palace was excellent, 5/5! I can truly recommend this beautiful hotel and might come again one day. We spent one week there and were first time in Rodos and we enjoyed every moment. Service was overall very friendly and prompt, and the staff was helpful. Special thanks to the bartenders at the pool bar for their professional and relaxed service! The cleaning of the room was also really good, nothing to complain. The pool area was really beautiful and it is a huge plus...

”Very nice staff, especially at the reception. It seemed based on smiles and interaction that the employees liked to work in the hotel. Food was ok. There could be more variability in salads over the week. However, the special dinner in the Italian restaurant was a disappointment. Nobody payed any attention to us when we came to the restaurant. Furthermore, the food was mediocre, clearly lower quality than we expected. The pool area was nice. However, something should be done in order to stop...

”I stayed two nights. When i arrived there was some problem with my booking. They didn't find it but i still got room and contact the manager in the morning. She was so wonderful and helpful and everything was fixed. Overall the service was really good. Staff was polite and friendly. I had payed only for the breakfast but in the pool i was told that all bars were free duringy stay even though i didn't have all inclusive booked. That was nice surprise! Rooms are okey. There wasn't really any...

"We were 7 night there an it was absolutely incredible place. Pool area and beach were very clean and staff in pool bar's was very polite. Food were good and there were many options. Room were little bit noisy but you can live with that. Extra thanks for Ilias, Alex, Anastasia, Niko and Giannis. Also Nestor you are best. "
