”Hôtel vieillot, aurait vraiment besoin d’être rénové. Repas peu de choix et pas assez variés. La salle où se trouvait le bar et où avait lieu les spectacles sentait mauvais (pipi de chat!!). Nous y avons séjourné au mois d’octobre, donc avons toujours trouvé de la place pour se garer, soit devant l’hôtel, soit au parking souterrain, mais en pleine saison je ne pense pas qu’il y ait assez de place. ”Oikein mukava perus hotelli. Noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Playa De'n Bossasta kuin Ibiza Townistakin. Lapsiperheitä ei hotellissa juurikaan ollut, joten hotelli sopii mainiosti kaveriporukoille ja pariskunnille. Huoneiden siivous piti olla klo 8-15 välillä, mutta siivooja saattoi tulla vasta neljän aikoihin. Siivooja ei tehnyt muuta kuin petasi sängyn ja vahtoi pyyhkeet. Lattioita ei putsattu eikä tasoja pyyhitty eikä astioita tiskattu. Jouduimme itse ostamaan lähikaupasta...

"The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them. The room was unbearably humid – you couldn’t put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair. The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain toiletries had been refilled with something entirely different. For example, the shampoo bottle was full of water mixed with some soap, and it was so diluted that it couldn’t actually wash anything. When booking, extra benefits were promised for Expedia Gold members, such as early/late check-in and room upgrades, but none of these were available. The restaurant food (upstairs) was really poor. And I will add picture about the furniture - tilted shelf didn't give 5 stars either"

"Stort hotell med standard service. För få solstolar vid poolen och allt för hög musik vid underhållningen. Maten var väldigt enformig och samma mat serverades till lunch och middag. Husets viner som serveras är inte heller mycket att hurra för. Skulle önska lite mer av hela service. Nära till flera fina stränder och på så sätt bra beläget. Parkeringen onödigt dyr. "
