”We hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law in the Hennessy suite. From the second we pulled up to the Crosby, all hands were on deck helping to bring all of our party supplies to the room. Greeted by staff and manager and personally escorted to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for the occasion, clean, spacious, comfortable, it was perfect. We had an amazing time at the Crosby and the Stillwater area.”

”I thought it would be better, it was an ok property. Water front was nice, but wanted to use rooftop bar, and couldn't. Closed for private event. Room was okay, nothing to brag about.”

”I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

”The entire place smelled like they tried to cover up years of wet dog odor by shampooing the carpets and then leaving them damp. They allow dogs, and trust me, you can tell the second you walk through the door. Honestly, I was ready to cut my losses and find a different hotel altogether, but my girlfriend was exhausted and just wanted to be done with it, so we stayed. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again. The only way I'd ever consider coming back is if it was some kind of absolute...

”The room had not been cleaned and was given to us. Nothing was one the bed. I called front desk right away and the lady said she would bring it up. She left for her shift without telling the next worker. No one brought it up, I had to go down and ask for bed sheets. Water was cold, towels dirty, floor was dirty and garbage was not taken out.”

”Hotel was poorly maintained. We arrived and our sheets had old stains and new stains (hard to the touch..), the floors were incredibly dirty, there was dirt build up in every corner of the hallways and rooms. We got switched to a new room after we informed them of the bedding situation but after walking in that room there were flies, dirty floors and the patio had cigarette buds on the ground. The patio door would not lock, the tvs had two channels and only a bar of soap was offered in the...
