”Nice staff. But walls peeling in bathroom, door entry into room has huge gap underneath so you can hear everything in and out of the room. Flies buzzing around, bins being emptied at 8am next to our room. Mould in bathroom”

”Perfect stay Accommodation was very clean and a good size room. We also bought our dog with us and a dog bed, towel and bowl with a treat for him was provided in our room which was a lovely touch to our stay. We had a lovely evening meal also one of the best we have had in a long time and lots of choice for a quality breakfast. We will be returning as from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and very professional and helped make our stay perfect.”

”Great parking. Rooms are clean / shower was a little broken Half the lockers in spa do not work. Massage was good. Dinner was good. Breakfast we were a few mins before closing they wouldn’t let us in. Beautiful grounds. ”

”Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. ”Looks exactly like the pictures. We booked one of the suites which was beautiful however the bed was quite hard. When our room was cleaned, it wasn’t hoovered and toiletries weren’t refilled, which I would expect from a place like this. But overall, it was a beautiful stay, the spa was nice ”

”Great landlord - welcoming and super friendly. Superb range of real ales and an awesome full English breakfast. Room was comfortable, fairly spacious (we had the triple) and clean. Broom was a little compact and basic. Overall a good friendly pub with basic but good facilities. ”

”Overall cleanliness was OK. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, however the shower caddy was rusty and the soap dispensers were empty. No parking but there is a car park behind the hotel, also from the road isn’t easy to spot as it looks like a restaurant from the front. Breakfast was OK, one choice of coffee only included in the price. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. ”
