”The space itself is very cozy—it has everything you could need and everything is in good working condition. A grocery store is literally 2 blocks away if you find you need any food and there is also a Walgreens, gas station, Taco Bell and other small restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. This is very important in Rexburg, Idaho where it gets very cold! The building itself is also friendly and there’s plenty of parking and privacy. ”

”This place is a studio condo on the second floor of a three floor building (meaning there are people above and below you) the condo is pretty standard for vacasa properties: clean and as described but minimally equipped: kitche. was missing some basics (like a cutting board, etc) but still totally functional and as described in the listing. i would note that the fireplace was out of order and while it’s. it listed as a vrbo amenity it is still in the photos and property description the condo...

”My review is for ease of communication with the property owner - they contacted me with clear check-in information before my stay, and dealt with me very courteously when I had to cancel on very short notice. I've rescheduled my stay and look forward to visiting in March. ”
