Located on the third floor of the charming and historic Mayfair Lofts, this private space is designed to be a relaxing getaway. The moment you step foot inside you will be greeted by gorgeous soaring ceilings. Making your way to the main living area you will see the massive 14ft bay windows, with stunning string lights to create an a cozy and relaxing living area.


Relax and watch TV on the 65` 4k smart TV or sit and enjoy your coffee under the warmth of the Lights. Kitchen is fully-equipped with pots and pans, and basic cookware. Complementary coffee (regular + decaf) and tea is included with electric kettle and carafe. Dining for 4, if you need additional seating just ask and we can provide free of charge.


In each bedroom you will find King Beds with super comfortable mattresses, dressers, luggage holders, and laundry baskets. Additionally in each bedroom are soft and luxurious bath robes. The first bathroom is accessed by the hallway, the second bathroom is on-suite. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Washer and Dryer included in hallway as well as iron and ironing board.

You`ll have private access to the entire place. Key fob will give you access to other shared amenities including:
-Pool
-Clubhouse
-Parking Garage (press #2 on key fob)
-Exterior doors to building (hold key fob up to black sensor)
-Front gate if closed (press #1)

Parking- Anywhere outside the building in any open spot, parking garage is also free to use after initial check in.

Dumpster- Located at the back right of the property. Go down the hallway to the left, go down the elevator to the basement, go through the parking garage, and then out to the dumpster. Take the key fob to open the garage door and get back into the building.

Pool - Located across from the main gate entrance. use key fob to open gate.

Clubhouse - Located to the right of the parking garage entrance. Can either go around the back of the property or go through the parking garage. Use key fob to get into clubhouse and back into the building.

Parking Garage - Entrance located around the back side of property, drive to the garage door and open with the key fob. Park in any available spot.

Check-In Policy:

-Standard Check-In time is 4:00 pm

-Early Check-in Option:
A 2 hour early check-in @ 2:00 pm is available for a fee of $60. This must be requested and paid for 24hrs prior to arrival.

We’re unable to guarantee last-minute early check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as soon as the unit is ready.

Checkout Policy:

-Standard Checkout Time 10:00 am
Guests must vacate the premises by this time.

-Late Checkout Option:

A 2-hour late checkout until 12:00 p.m. is available for a fee of $60. This option must be requested and paid for no later than 9pm the night prior to Checkout.

-Penalty for Delayed Departure:
Guests who remain on the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement for a late checkout will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes past the scheduled checkout time.
