The living room is stylishly furnished in neutral shades with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and satellite, a stereo system, air conditioning, and a fireplace. The open kitchen area has counter seating for diners and a host of appliances that include a 4-ring stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, filter coffee machine, and espresso machine for bulk coffee. This luxury villa boasts 2 double bedrooms and one single, with a sofa bed for additional guests. The bedrooms have private balconies, TVs, air-conditioning, and a safe. There is one ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom, plus another shared bathroom. Guests are provided with towels, toiletries, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. Cleaning and laundry services are also provided.

Important Notice:
The saltwater pool can be heated with an extra charge of:

April to November: 350 euros/week for 6 days minimum use of the heated pool.

December to March: 560 euros/week for 6 days minimum use of the heated pool.

The extra charge is to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Please note, that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
