”Lovely hotel”

”Beautiful views, comfortable room and wonderful staff. They arranged a tour for us and renting scooters. They were all so helpful and friendly. Big and delicious breakfast. I would definitely return.”

”Number one thing that we loved about Bacau Resort are the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. They know how to handle and take care with their customers. The rooms were clean and cozy. Although the room service food was slightly disappointing, overall we would still highly recommend this.”

”Siistin oloinen hotelli ja kuljetukset kentälle hoituivat hyvin. Huonetta ei siivottu jokapäivä, mutta minulle se oli ihan positiivinen puoli. Kysyivät, että siivotaanko vai ei. ;) Netti ikävä kyllä ei ihan huoneeseen asti yltänyt, ellei ota kalleinta huonetta.”

”We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time.”

”The quality of the room didn't match the price. They are allready out dated. A bit further from the city but only a short tricycle ride. Poor breakfast. We ate one evening in the hotel buffet and got a serious food poisoning so that we had to cancel one island hopping your. The pool didn't have not a single sun shelter or umbrella which made it uncomfortable to stay by the pool for longer. Staff was very helpfull and helped us In every aspect with the ferry tickets etc. At check out we were not...

”Very nice hotel, good service with front desk helping us book/organise our island tour, car to airport, and tuk tuk into town. Room was clean, large and spacious and pool was nice during hot days. Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant was a lovely place to watch sunset. Overall great stay.”

”The place is a great distance from the town so very exclusive. They spent two days of our stay cleaning the pool. The WiFi is minimal and I couldn't connect to it from our house. The houses are clean but have no air-conditioning. The restaurant is nice and has good food which is good because you will be eating there alot because it's so hard to get to town.”
