Indoor Area

The accommodation of Villa Alpha is spread over two levels. Upon entering you are taken back by the spacious modern chic minimal design concept. This space breathes summer with its floor to ceiling window sliding doors, creating a luminous atmosphere integrating into an indoor-outdoor experience, with the free-flowing ground floor living space of the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas into one. The lounge setting converts into a double sofa bed for two additional guests.

The first of the two bedrooms is on this level of the accommodation consisting of and offering quality and comfort with a double bed setting and the easy access to the outdoor private pool area of Villa Alpha. The first of the two-family bathrooms with shower is in the living space for the convenience of guests staying in the first bedroom and additionally in the case of two additional guests taking advantage of the lounge converting into a double sofa bed.

Via the stand-out marble staircase, leads to the upper-level spacious master bedroom and its ensuite bathroom with shower. The chic modern design and summer feel of the first level continues into this space with window sliding doors filling the bedroom with natural light, but also giving you sea views to wake up to every morning.

The upper-level spacious balcony, although acting as a private balcony for the guests staying in this bedroom, during the day can become a place for your family or friends to sit back at sunset with refreshing summer cocktails to get lost in the sea views and the sounds of the sea adding to your serene and relaxing Luxury Villa Holiday Experience at Zavia Seafront Resort.

Outdoor Area

The modern chic interior design is an extension you will experience and feel with the quality and comfort of the outdoor furniture at Villa Alpha. The outdoor area comprises of a private pool, gardens across the property, aromatic plants shrubs and the big crystal blue of the Ionian Sea with passing yachts in the background, creating a dream setting for everyone to find their own private corner, but more importantly to create those memorable moments together with your friends and family.
