Excellent!
Fabulous stay! Had everything we needed. Situated in a perfect spot. We were walking the coast path so it was perfectly located for this by the beach and also near a pub which is right on the beach with great views for watching the sun go down.

Restful break at beachside apartment
Beautifully appointed flat with sea view from the window in the sitting room. It was only a two minute walk to the beach and less to several friendly and pleasant eating places. We mainly stayed in Combe Martin, going for walks on the beach and further afield but did visit RHS Rosemoor at Great Torrington - about an hour's car journey away in the middle of the week, when the weather was at its warmest. It was great to have the parking permit, which allowed us to park in several nearby locations. One of us is slightly disabled and found the outside steps a bit of a trial, as was there only being one bathroom. Kirsty could not have been more helpful and her welcome package went above and beyond what we expected. However the map on the Vrbo website was misleading and confusing. The actual location was excellent despite being a little difficult to find after a very tiring journey.

5 Night break
Lovely well appointed flat/apartment situated close to the beach, shops and cafe. The property has all that you need to look after yourself during your stay. We were very happy with the property, and the host also provided a welcome pack which included a bottle of Prosecco which was a very nice touch.

Absolutely Superb
This apartment is amazing. It is very very well equipped, spotlessley clean and has a fabulous living room with a view! We arrived to a lovely welcome basket and fresh flowers on the kitchen table. There were board games in the TV unit which our sons enjoyed. Internet is great. You are provided with a parking permit for the nearby carpark. There isn't anything else we could have asked for during our stay. Communication from Kirsty is excellent. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you 😊

Homely bolt hole right by the sea
We loved this place. Very homely with everything you could need. We were mesmerised by the view from the front room and all enjoyed the shower. Will definitely stay again.

An incredible apartment!
We had a wonderful short break in Combe Martin, despite the weather. The flat is perfectly located for all amenities & the beach & is wonderfully appointed - we really appreciated the little luxuries & the car park pass was a Godsend! Kirsty made us feel really welcome with lots of personal little touches & excellent communication. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back 😊

Spacious flat
Lovely flat with a really nice welcome basket. Not far from llfracombe. In Combe Martin it can be quiet in the evenings as the cafes are closed, pubs and local shop is open. Lovely ice cream shop called Sugar Rush, definitely worth a visit.

Excellent time in Combe Martin
The property was in an excellent location, by car parks, the bus stop and all amenities within a couple of minutes. Being able to walk the dogs on the beach in the morning, literally a few meters away was a lovely way to start each day. We used the flat as a base for some lovely walks on the SWCP, which again was meters from the property. We had everything we needed and all information was timely and useful. We would defiantly consider staying again. The cafe below was very friendly and used frequently :)

Lovely setting, well equipped, very comfortable and cared for. Tiny- possibly end of season - quibbles; gate latch wouldn't close properly ( we had a small dog with us) and the front door very difficult to lock. Needed some WD 40 or similar then it worked. Needed dishwasher instructions as couldn't make it work. Owner responded quickly but gave the impression we were a little slow to work things out for ourselves Pity as really very nice property

Delightful flat in beautiful village
This is a two bedroom apartment over a cafe in Combe Martin. The owner Julie was very kind, welcoming and helpful. It’s spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, with spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, great ambient lighting, a superbly comfortable bed, a high tech shower with more controls than a space shuttle, and gorgeous big green houseplants. There’s a deck with garden furniture at the back, with a green lawn, a terrace with pretty love seat, lots of mature shrubs then a bank of beautiful trees. The location is perfect, just a few yards from the beach, the local pub, the excellent fish and chip shop, and other shops, and two doors away from a car park. Combe Martin is smaller and quieter than Ilfracombe but it has its own charms, a fabulous coastline complete with romantic crags, jungly green dells, endless rock pools and spectacular skies. Plus it’s a short drive to Ilfracombe on a road of stunning bosky beauty, so addicts can still access divine lobster sandwiches and their favourite Italian restaurant. Wish we could have stayed longer than two nights!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay
Came away on short notice with our little dog…and couldn’t fault one thing….. fabulous large clean apartment with everything you need,home from home. A stone throw from beaches,shops and great cafes.Excellent fish and chip shop! We will be back,just brilliant.

Perfect base for North Devon beaches
Great communication from Julie, flat was perfectly clean and larger than we were expecting. All the beds were super comfy, all the kitchen equipment you could need. A lovely welcome basket and even a pint of milk in the fridge. Couldn’t be much nearer the beach and easy parking nearby. A local pub and shops have everything you could need within 100m of the property. The cafe even delivered breakfast up to us on a plate instead of us waiting. Easy drive to plenty of other beaches, we’d happily return!

Tolle Wohnung und Lage
Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten, absolute Empfehlung 😀!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Nichts hat gefehlt. Aus dem Erker im Wohnzimmer hat man seitlichen Meerblick. Unten im Haus ist ein Café mit leckeren Pasties. Im Garten kann man gemütlich sitzen. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.
