Korkeammat Mullacottin maatilamökit, joissa Dolly's Barn sijaitsee, ovat kätkeytyneinä pohjoisen Devonin rannikon juurella, ja ne tarjoavat ihanteelliset maaominaisuudet tutustua laajemmalle North Devonin alueelle ja Exmooriin. Domesday-kirjasta peräisin olevien rakennusten myötä mökit voivat yhdistää kauden viehätyksensä modernin päivän eleganssiksi, ajatella, että puutapit sopivat nykyaikaiseen sisustukseen.

Dolly's Barn nukkuu 11 (+ pinnasänky) kuudessa makuuhuoneessa, ja tarjoaa äärimmäisen upouuden mökin suurille perheille ja kaveriporukoille - kaikki asetettu ominaisuus täynnä ajan ominaisuuksia.

Rakasteltavasti restauroitu mökki istuu 3. 5 hehtaarin yhteisten puutarhojen ja paddocks, joten se on täydellinen omaisuus paeta maahan. Erinomaisella paikallaan on helppo tutustua Pohjois-Devoniin ja sen ulkopuolella Higher Mullacott Farmista. Paikan päällä on myös lasten leikkialue, jotta pienokaiset voivat nauttia.

Rannat Woolacombe, Croyde ja Saunton ovat kaikki alle 15 minuutin ajomatkan, ja Exmoor sen kauniita kyliä ja karu maisema on puolen tunnin päässä.

Ihanteellinen suuremmille perheryhmille ja juhliin, Dolly's Barnilla on runsaasti tilaa ja luonnetta, jossa on viistot katot, palkit ja kiviseinät, jotka yhdistyvät kauniisti nykyaikaiseen eleganssia. Vähemmän kykenevät vieraat voivat myös nauttia mökistä, jossa on alakerrassa oleva kahden hengen huone, jossa on oma suihkuhuone.

Suuri avoin oleskelutila / keittiötila on kolme suurta mukavaa sohvaa ryhmittyneenä LPG puupoltin. Keittiö on täysin varustettu suurella valikoimalla sähköuuni ja kaksi jääkaappia, joten aterioita voi nauttia puisessa ruokapöydässä, joka istuu helposti koko perheelle rennossa aterioinnissa tai erikoisissa tilaisuuksissa.

Yläkerrassa on viisi makuuhuonetta, kahden hengen kylpyhuone, kaksi kaunista erillistä makuuhuonetta, kaunis yhden hengen huone, jossa on viktoriaaninen tyyli sohva, ja makuuhuone, jossa on king-size-vuode ja oma suihkuhuone. Myös perheen kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme ja sähköinen suihku. Mökin ulkopuolella on paikkoja nauttia ulkoilman aterioita tai katsella lasten leikkiä.

Alle 17-vuotiaille ryhmille Dolly's Barn voidaan vuokrata sen sisarmökin Aggien kanssa, joka nukkuu jopa kuudessa kolmessa huoneessa ja sijaitsee aivan pihan yli.

Huomaa valitettavasti emme voi hyväksyä lemmikkejä Higher Mullacott Farm Cottages.

The Barn was a delight to stay in. We were three families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The accommodation was clean, well presented and well equipped. The beds were comfortable with warm duvets, and there was a children’s playground close by for the children. I would recommend and stay again.

Lovely Cottage

The cottage was suitable for 12 people. Especially, kitchen, eating and living were big enough for this number of persons. The kitchen and the equipment were brandnew and perfectly clean. The house is located perfectly for day trips to beaches and other sights/activities. We will be back!

Great

Lovely old cottage located within a few minutes drive of Ilfracome harbour. The gardens are fabulous with so much for the kids to explore, it gave them a real sense of freedom and was priceless. The facilities are very good and almost everything you need for a great holiday is provided One bedroom however was basically un-useable as it had a very high skylight window with no blinds. Also be warned if you have an infant, the cot is a travel cot with only the hard base, you'll need to take a mattress as there isn't one provided. The outside space can be a bit difficult if one of your party is elderly or has a disability as the cobbles are obviously very old and uneven. We did have a wonderful week though and would definitely recommend this place.

Our Holiday at Dolly`s Barn

A thoroughly enjoyable week and the cream tea on arrival was well received!! Well equipped but could do with suitable microwave dishes and more info on getting the towel rails warm. Whilst appreciating the difficulties of Covid, having to be out by 9am was a bit much. This aside, it is a lovely venue.

Home from Home

We stayed at this property over the Christmas period.It was very welcoming and comfortable throughout. We had a Christmas tree,decorations and crackers ,but also a nice added touch of chocolates on each pillow a large box of chocolates and two bottles of bucks fizz The location is also just a short car ride away from Ilfacombe and other stunning beach locations

Dolly's Barn

A lovely spacious cottage with all the facilities needed by a large family holiday. We had 5 Adults and 4 children. The equipment supplied in the cottage was first class from the crockery and cutlery through to cooker, beds, linen. All first class, and just as an addition there is the beach hut with a great selection of beach equipment, including body boards, windbreaks and deck chairs. The whole experience just kept on givng

Property was lovely. Extremely well equipped. Close to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. Only negative comment would be that blackout blinds should be on the velux bedroom windows as the bedrooms were too light in the evening when the children went to bed and then obviously when the sun rises in the morning and the children were awake a little bit too early!

Lovely cosy barn in great location

We visited here with our 2 teenage boys and 89 year old mum and it worked very well for all of us. A cosy communal kitchen/lounge and a spacious bedroom/bathroom downstairs - which is great for anyone with more limited mobility. And plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs too. The gardens are extensive and beautiful - with a large play area with play frames, football nets, table tennis and swing ball - and gorgeous areas to sit and admire the amazing views. The location is great - only 5-10 mins drive from Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, where you can enjoy the stunning beaches and learn to surf! And the owners were very hospitable and friendly and quick to address any issues we had.

A lovely barn conversion which suited us for a family holiday with ages ranging from 1yr to nearly 70yrs. Comfortable and well equipped. The children loved the play area in the garden, shame the weather didn’t allow us to spend more time in the beautiful garden. Our first trip to Devon and we found this to be a great location within easy reach of most attractions. A few cobwebs here and there and larger towels would be nice but overall a wonderful place to spend our holiday.

A great place to stay - ein herrlicher Ort

Das Haus ist bezaubernd, sauber, warm, grosszügig, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Der Garten riesig und wunderschön angelegt. Ein perfekter Ort für viele Leute. Wir kamen als schweizer und englische Familie zusammen, waren insgesamt 9 erwachsene Personen und verbrachten eine herrliche Woche. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollends erfüllt. Wir können den Ort wärmstens empfehlen. The house is enchanting, clean, warm, spacious, well equipped and lovingly decorated. The garden is huge and beautifully landscaped. A perfect place for many people. We came together as a Swiss and an English family, were 9 adults and spent a wonderful week. Our expectations were completely fulfilled. We can warmly recommend the place.

Perfect location, very well presented cottage, very spacious but still has a cosy cottage feel.

I hired the cottage for my wife’s 50th birthday and surprised her with other family members arriving. The owners could not have made us all feel so welcome and kept the secret. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us and still a bed unused. The open plan kitchen and lounge was fantastic for the gathering. Apart from the cottage being so perfect the owners did some small touches that just made the stay special. We were greeted by name, flowers on arrival and birthday card for wife and then newspaper delivered. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Thank you for making the stay special. Review of the area. Ilfracombe just 10 min drive away. Great fishing harbour worth visiting. Lovely beaches nearby well worth going to at Woolacombe, Croyde and this has National Trust so has free parking.
