Sea Rock 8 Vuodepaikkoja 4, kaksi makuuhuonetta. Parveke + merinäköala

Makuuhuoneessa parivuode, yöpöydät, vaatekaappi ja laatikkosarja. Makuuhuoneessa kaksi on erilliset vuoteet, joissa on yöpöytä, vaatekaappi ja kaksi laatikkosarjaa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on hiustenkuivaaja.

Yksi kylpyhuone, jossa kiinteä kylpyamme ja suihku, wc, pesuallas, kylpyhuonekaappi ja hylly. Suihkugeeli ja käsinpesu toimitetaan.

Sähköuuni, liesi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi / jääkaappi, leivänpaahdin, vedenkeitin ja hidas liesi. Hyvin varustettu astiat / välineet 'kahdeksalle' & perusmausteille. Puhdistusliina ja -nesteet mukana.

Oleskelutilassa on 2 sohvaa, 3 pöydän pesä, ilmainen televisio, DVD-soitin, jossa lamppuilla 'tunnelman valaistus'!

Ruokapöydässä on pöytä, jossa 4 tuolia, ja sivupöytä tarjoaa lisää säilytystilaa.

Pääsy parvekkeelle on oleskelutilasta.

Kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet toimitetaan huoneistossa. Ole hyvä ja anna omat rantapyyhkeet. Kerroksessa 2 on pääsy pesu- ja kuivauskoneisiin. Pesukustannus £ 4 Kuivaus £ 2.

Huoneistossa on silitysrauta, pöytälevy ja kuivausteline tarvittaessa

Molemmat huoneistot sijaitsevat 3. kerroksessa - EI Nostota. Huoneistot ovat hyvin varusteltuja. Vaikka vain 2 sängyssä vierekkäin, parvekkeella on pöytä ja istuimet rentoutuaksesi juoman tai välipalan ääressä nauttien merinäköalasta ja katsellen ohikulkijoita. Kävele kaupunkiin tai historialliseen satamaan, jossa on viehättäviä kauppoja, baareja ja ravintoloita, mukaan lukien kuuluisa Damien Hirstin "No 11 -ravintola"! Huoneistojen alapuolella on erittäin suosittu italialainen ravintola Giovanni & Luca, jolla on kohtuulliset hinnat ja ihana ilmapiiri. Älä missaa sitä! Huoneistojen vastapäätä on 'hullu golf' -ominaisuus, jonka avulla voit pelata tai vain katsella hauskaa! Kävele lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä satamasta matkalle Lundyn saarelle, syvänmeren kalastukseen tai katsele tulevia & menoja jäätelön tai kala- ja sirujen avulla! Toinen suunta on Landmark Theatre ja sen ulkopuolella, kauniit puutarhat, kalliokävely ja kuuluisat tunnelirannat. Lähellä rantoja ja vain 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä taivaan surffailusta Woolacombessa ja Croydessä. Lähistöllä on myös golf- ja ratsastustarinoita sekä Tarkan polkua energiseen kävelyyn ja pyöräilyyn. Pysäköintipaikkaa ei ole, mutta pysäköintialueet ovat lähellä ja luvat voi saada matkailuneuvonnasta.

Vaihtopäivä:
Lauantai, mutta voidaan neuvotella sesongin ulkopuolella. Saapumisaika on yleensä välillä 15–17 ja lähtö on 11:00, vaikka tämä saattaa olla joustava, kun siitä keskustellaan taloudenhoitajamme kanssa.
Lyhyet tauot, vähintään 3 päivää sesongin ulkopuolella, voidaan järjestää.

Huomautuksia hinnoista:
2 makuuhuoneen 2017/18 hinnat alkaen 290 - 595 puntaa lauantaista lauantaihin.
Joulu ja uusi vuosi 410 puntaa viikossa.

The property was lovely and the view from the balcony was spectacular…however the amount of stairs up to the property almost saw us off…but the location was perfect for us…not too far away from the harbour and shops and the various restaurants but not too close either and the local transport was practically on the doorstep…the only things that let the property down were the table in the kitchen/dinning area needs replacing as it’s quite rickety and the fact there’s nowhere to park close to the property over night…we had to park in a street behind the Lidl which is about a 15/20 minute walk away…overall we did enjoy our stay…thank you…xxx💗

Searocks apartment in february

Arriving at apartment location we had no problem finding parking. We used the ropery car park that was only 2.50 a day at this time of year.Having climbed the beautiful staircase to the third floor. (Only an issue one day after a day of hiking hill and dales)We found the apartment was very clean and well equipped.We loved that we could sit and watch the waves crashing from the warmth of the sofa. Location was greatWe did have an issue with water temperature but after emailing host she called directly and instructed me which switch I needed to switch on and having done that had no more issues.The only other problem we encountered was the lack of markings on the cooker which made it difficult to determine temps. If not for these 2 minor glitches we would have given 5 stars across the board.A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

Great place

It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view.

Great stay, great location!

We booked this property as we were visiting for a wedding, we needed somewhere to stay mid week for 3 nights. We assumed this would be hard to find in Devon during the summer holidays and it would be extremely expensive, but we were so pleased with the affordable prices, location and allocation for mid week stays (Wednesday - Saturday). The accommodation was within an old building but that didn’t bother us. The property was quite small but we only stayed there in the evening as we were out during the day. Pre-booking taxis is a must if you have places to be / pickups but Loretta was helpful with all this information. We were welcomed with tea/coffee/milk/biscuits, which was really lovely as we arrived quite late. The Wetherspoons opposite was lovely! Had a great roof terrace! Would definitely come back! Thank you Loretta!

Location, Location, Location

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. Right in the center of everything we could ask for. Shops, Restaurants, Cafes and Pubs on your doorstep and a lot of these places could be seen directly from the lovely balcony. Those 52 steps to the top floor are well worth it. I would highly recommend this apartment as many already have. Everything was as described with no issues whatsoever. Communication with the owners was prompt and all our questions were answered. This perfect apartment will stay on my list. We shall return for sure.

Excellent location and facilities

We stayed for a weekend break away with our 2 and a half year old grandson. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. When booking the apartment you need to bear in mind it is on the 3rd floor with no lift and there are alot of stairs to climb so you need to have a good level of fitness. One criticism is that we struggled to get hold of the local contact for the property via phone call or message to obtain key codes and Loretta had to come to our rescue and this did cause some unnecessary stress and maybe a rethink in this area would be useful. The property has stunning views and is an ideal location to explore the area. My grandson enjoyed our trip to the Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle and we would recommend this very reasonably priced attraction. We would definitely rebook when returning to North Devon.

We were unable to stay. We had to find alternative accommodation. Out of date electricity test by 2 years. Moluld on bedroom wall and lounge area. Broken window in 2 second bedroom. On the 3rd floor. Dirty stained sofas. Horrible condition.
