The Space:

Ideally placed right by the sea, the house is in a very quiet part of the area, with a full view of the beach. A house with an amazing seaview and a sunny balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

This cozy , fully furnished house features two bedrooms with double-sized beds, a comfortable bath with a shower,a fully equipped friendly kitchen area and a living room with a double sized sofa bed. (Please note that one of the bedrooms is on the loft and it is accessible only by stairs)

The house can accommodate comfortably up to 6 persons. The balcony of the house completes the cozy feeling of the apt in which you can enjoy your morning coffee and relax in the afternoon whille enjoying the astonishing view of the beach.

Our apartment is only a 1-minute walk from beautiful Kourouta Beach, with charming beachfront cafés just 2 minutes away. A grocery store is conveniently located within 2 minutes, and you’ll find great restaurants only 3 minutes from the apartment.



For those who want to explore more of the area, the famous Arkoudi Beach is just a 30-minute drive, and the stunning Katakolo Beach can be reached in 20 minutes.



Getting Around:

Kourouta is easily accessible by car from Athens via the national motorway, with a drive of approximately 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can reach Kourouta by bus by traveling from Athens KTEL Kifissos Bus Station to Pyrgos or Olympia, and then taking a short local connection to the beach town.

You can park for free in the nearby Campring Area.
