”Very nice cottage just minutes from pedestrian entrance to chatsworth house. Unfortunately our 2 dogs arent used to people outside walking by and people walk by from 5am which meant we got a barking symphony very regularly! The dogs loved the park and the peaks. Pubs and places to eat close by. Everything we needed in cottage and a bottle of preseco waiting which is a nice touch”

”Stayed here over the Christmas 2023 for 7 nights. As many reviewers have commented, the property is furnished to a high standard, with particularly comfortable beds. Some of the best we’ve had in a rental. The house is well located with views of Carsington Water and pub within walking distance. Lots to see and do within a short drive. Ample parking at the property with easy access. We’d not researched as well as we should, not realising the set-up of the house. One bedroom is downstairs with no...
