”Location was beautiful with views over Pendle Hill. Room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean with a beautiful bathroom. It was situated adjacent to the pub a 15 second walk away. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Would stay again when next in the area. ”

”Stayed with friends for 1 night in a room with double sofa bed and separate double bedroom. We couldn’t fault the room or service at all. Staff were friendly and efficient and we felt really welcome. Dinner and breakfast were cooked perfectly and delicious. The setting is beautiful. Lots of opportunity for walks on the site or perfectly located to drive out and visit Yorkshire’s beautiful scenery. The leisure families were great too. Quiet, clean and relaxing. We will definitely return ”

”Always a great stay because of the staff including Julie, Lawrence, Sean (the Boss man) and Liam (I hope I got the names right). But rooms are a little dusty and my mugs were both stained and needed replacing. Team makes this a place to come back to again and again.”

”Great location and the staff were fantastic, especially Lucy. The room was exceptionally clean with lots of amenities but the mattress wasn’t that comfortable. Would stay again on a different bed. Good value for the area and great breakfast.”

”This is simple b and b accommodation but importantly it’s comfortable clean with good in room facilities and welcoming helpful staff. Value for money is tremendous and the pub restaurant is much the same. Great stopover on the way back to Scotland. Will be staying again!”
