The lower floor houses the private quarters of the caretaker, who lives on the property with his young daughter and dog. They are accustomed to cohabitation and do not interact with guests. The caretaker is available for information and assistance.

In the last century, the villa was used as a laboratory for the production of perfumes and cosmetic products inspired by the Riviera dei Fiori, including the sun oil "Meine Sonne," marketed in Italy and abroad.
