Tämä huoneisto on toisen kerroksen yksikkö, joka tarjoaa kauniit suorat näkymät merelle, puistoon, laiturille ja viehättäviin Coronado-saariin. Nukkuu jopa kuusi aikuista + 2–4 lasta. Kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi täyttä kylpyammetta sekä suihkulla että kylpyammeella. Mestarilla on parisänky, toisessa huoneessa on kuningatar ja kaksi, etuhuoneessa on L-muotoinen sohva ja laadukas kuningatar ilmapatja (aiempien vieraiden suosima taitettava sänky!).Voit rentoutua Tyynenmeren aaltojen ja raikkaan valtameren ilman rauhoittavalla äänellä. Avoin konsepti keittiö / olohuone kaikista näkymät rannalle ja Tyynellemerelle! Vaatimaton yksityinen merinäköala parveke.

Rantakaupunki kauppoja ja ravintoloita kävelyetäisyydellä. Kävele rannalla päin etelään tai pohjoiseen, koska ranta on pitkä niille, jotka etsivät yksityistä romanttista kohtausta. Kävele kalastuslaiturilla ja syö aamiaista / lounasta. Erinomainen kalastus, uinti / surffaus! Katso tai osallistu! 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä pääset helposti kuuluiselle Coronadon saarelle ja sen golfkentälle. 20 minuuttia vie maailmankuululle San Diegon eläintarhaan, Sea Worldiin, San Diegon Embarcaderoon, Seaport Villageen, San Diegon keskustaan kuuluvaan Gaslamp-kortteliin. The apt was very clean. We were very disappointed that we could not enjoy the ocean due to closures. The owners had no control over this which was understandable. I asked them before we arrived if the ocean was closed and they said yes. So with that being said I knew we at least had the pool. When we arrived the pool and jacuzzi were drained and under construction. Very misleading considering there were beautiful pics of the pool advertised. When asked the owner said he didn’t realize the pool was not available and he was on vacation. My children were very disappointed they had no where to swim. Also the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work and he told me to watch the one in the living room.

The condo was beautiful and so well maintained and decorated. The ocean view was extraordinary, due to the floor to ceiling windows. Access to the beach and pool area was super easy. The pool was beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay again.

My family of 5 (wife and I, plus two 15 year olds and a 14 year old) had a wonderful time at this beach front condo. We were celebrating a few milestones in our family. Me turning 50, twins about to turn 16, and an anniversary to boot. We are not wealthy world travelers, so this was a very special time/opportunity for us that didn't disappoint. The location is very conducive to many tourist attractions. Thursday-(arrival date) smooth check in and scoped out the lay of the land after going to Grocery Outlet for supplies. We strolled the pier and my son thoroughly enjoyed playing basketball on the beach side court with some locals while taking the time to watch the sun set over the Pacific. My daughters enjoyed the outdoors fitness area and volleyball on the beach.Friday-enjoyed a short jaunt over to Coronado. Hotel del Coronado's craftsmanship is awesome and the beaches there truly sparkle. Enjoyed New York style pizza from Luigi's in IB(San Diego location featured on Triple D).Saturday - toured the USS Midway and dined in the Gaslamp district before taking in a Padres game at the very cool Petco Park.Sunday - shopped Las Americas Premier OutletsMonday - SeaWorld Highlight of the trip, even over the excursions, was listening to/viewing the ocean waves crashing while enjoying morning coffee and evening wine on balcony Fell asleep at night on couch a few times listening to the waves break. Nothing better, imo anyways. Host were very accommodating. *Check ocean conditions

We should have stayed for a week or more. Far from the hustle and pretensions of the city and even little Coronado, Imperial Beach is quaint, had everything we needed within a mile, and we relaxed easily. The Beach is gorgeous, but not swimmable at the time. The po was cool and clear, and the hot tub was great for our aches & pains. We really enjoyed the full kitchen and large couch. Great water pressure in the shower!

We loved our stay at the condo ! The hosts were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed . The neighborhood is cute with so many delicious restaurants in walking distance . The pics don’t do this Condo justice . It’s large and very nice with an amazing view.

My 91yo mother and I came to celebrate my birthday, visit he sister and bury a dear friend so an emotional trip. The condo was perfect. Well furnished and equipped and very comfortable. Fabulous views. Convenient location. Lovely pool area. Would not have known parts of the building were under construction if I hadn’t been told - never heard a thing. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again - highly recommend.

We enjoyed returning to this property for Christmas and a birthday celebration. Beautiful location right on the beach. We loved the laid back vibe of Imperial Beach and the comfortable layout of this condo. Amazing beach and sunset views! Wonderful communication with the owners. We’ll be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful mini vacation over Thanksgiving break. The view from the balcony was absolutely wonderful. You can enjoy your cup of coffee while walking on the beach. You are just steps away. The condo is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are quick to respond with any questions. You will have a lovely time in this condo. We plan on visiting again.

This property is awesome, very clean and set up nicely. My sisters and i stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the San Diego area. We loved our place, visiting the pier every night, enjoying the hot tub every night and eating the local cusine. It was a perfect weekend. weekend

My sister and I stayed for almost a week- it was the perfect place! Two full bathrooms, a brand new, well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of space. The condo building is ON the beach- no road between the building and the ocean. The pictures don’t do the view or unit justice! It is within a complex so it is quieter than being on a street, but its walkable to all IB has to offer. The owners were extremely responsive.

We stayed here with our kids ages 17,17,15 and 9 for 5 nights and when we are back to SD we won’t look anywhere else. Regardless it was under construction outside, we had the best time. We travel for work with our business and staying in rentals about 7-8 months out of the year. This place is upscale, super clean, amazing location and super comfortable! Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions because the owners will do their absolute best to make sure you feel good while you stay at their property! So thank you again,we will be back for sure!

We were two families that stayed for a baseball tournament. The location was close to everything; All fields we played on, Sea World, The Zoo, most important; Ocean Beach. The house was equipped with everything needed to accommodate two families. Hosts were EXTRA generous! We plan to come back next Summer, with or without baseball!
