We loved it! The host was exceptionally hospitable and easy to reach when we did have questions (thought they were few because everything was communicated very well up front). The space was as described, if not slightly bigger than the pictures make out. We had three adults, and besides sharing a bathroom, we never felt on top of each other. Everything was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed staying here!

Cuz stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. Kirk was very accommodating and the location was perfect. It is a block and a half from the beach. The only thing was that the neighbors were very loud with a little kid running around all weekend. We could literally hear the kids running and the walls are thin. At times I could hear entire conversations going on next door. All in all it was very nice though.

IB Vibe apartment. Upated older unit. 20 stair steps up to unit. Tmobile 5G UC over 200. Did not try provided wifi. Drip coffee maker. Walking distance to about evertthing in IB. Garage was big enough for my 2024 Chevy Colorado. That is as big as can fit in it. Would stay again.

Great stay! Garage as a bonus!

I enjoyed the stay.The unit is very well appointed, perfect for the beach.Having a garage is a huge bonus (fire me anyhow) washer/dryer in there, plenty of room for a smaller car.I will stay here again when I return to the area.

Very clean, friendly, close to beach and good food

Walk to beach and pier, and restaurants from a fairly quiet neighborhood. Walk to Brigantine, Tin Fish, Katy's Cafe, Mike Hess Brewing- (try the fresh tuna tower). Drive to Baja Oyster for fun foods, and walk the Tijuana Estuary for a unique melding of 4 habitats.

Perfect for two

We needed a place for just a few nights and this was perfect. Easy access to Coronado and San Diego and parking an ease with garage and outside space. It is a shame you can’t enter the ocean due to Tiajuana pollution but the area is nice and the apartment was comfortable and spacious. Would rent again.

Quick Getaway to Imperial Beach

We needed a small one bedroom unit for a quick visit to Imperial Beach and we were not disappointed with our choice. We were within walking distance of just about anything we wanted to do, including the beach. The unit was well cared for and in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

Decent place

Overall decent place. Not really set up for people with small children, but otherwise comfortable. The stairs are something else but having a private garage was huge bonus. My only real complaint is clear enough instructions on were to go I was arriving late at night and it was confusing. The local area has some amazing restaurants and very convenient shopping.

Generous Host

Kirk is friendly, generous and responsive. The condo was safe, secure, neat, clean and had everything I needed. The check in process was well communicated, easy and just as described. I even had my own garage space that fits a pick up truck! The condo is a quick walk to the beach. I enjoyed my vacation in casual Imperial Beach and would stay at Kirk's place again.

Cute Clean Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this nice vrbo in IB! A good, secure location close to the beach and also close to Coronado Island where we have family members living! Enjoyed the garage for our Mini Cooper too! Both the bed and the sofa were comfy! Kitchen had everything we needed and the closet and bathroom were very convenient!

Nice place

Nice and comfortable place to kick your feet up. The couch was super comfortable, and the outdoor patio was a great place to chill out in the great Southern California sun. Nice restaurants in the area. Communication with the host was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

This house was spacious and clean. It was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the beach and restaurants, and felt very private. The garage parking was a huge bonus. I hope to stay here next time I am in town.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect beach vacation stay for the three of us! The location was ideal for everything we had planned. Kirk was an incredible host, answering any questions we had quickly & accommodated all our needs. We ended up wanting to stay another day & luckily Kirk was able to allow us to do so! He also had the property stocked with essentials, plenty of extra blankets, etc. We loved our time here & will definitely be looking to book again the next time we’re in SD!

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The property was way more then I expected. Had mist of the luxuries of home. Will definitely want to try and get the same spot next time I stay in San Diego.

Normally when you go to a property all the photos and stuff are enhanced just the show the good parts and they're usually made to look bigger than they really are. This was not the case with this property. I loved it. I had to call the owner a couple of times to ask questions and he was incredibly available. I would recommend this property to anyone
