”Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. ”

”The room was clean and and good selection of breakfast foods, hot and cold. The only complaint I have is the window curtain wouldn't stay closed, as it was not wide enough. ”

”Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but...

”Room was clean. The bed was fine, except for the huge pillows that I could not use which made my sleep pretty bad. The staff put the liquids in the wrong containers that attached to the wall in the shower so I had to rewash hair and body with the right cleaner. All small minor things. Casino was clean. The restaurants were pricey for what it was. ”

”Breakfast was fresh and clean Front lobby nice, room, elevator, and hall ways in need of an upgrade- smell of 1970 smoke filled carpet in room- curtains- water damage of bathroom door- if carpet was removed or replaced with laminate or vinyl flooring it would have been easier to keep maintained for cleaning. ”

”Breakfast menu is extremely limited. Breakfast does not have bread/ butter.”

”Room was clean, very roomy, lots of towels, staff was kind and very helpful, the online registration was great and cut down a lot of time, would definitely stay again if needed ”

”This hotel was an unexpected surprise! We arrived about 5:00, just in time for dinner! The assortment of food was amazing! Next morning, breakfast was served , too! The rooms were very nice and comfortable… we will return!”

”The hotel looked like it was brand new. The room was clean and fresh. Housekeeping and front desk staff were outstanding. Great coffee machine with options for cappuccino's, vanilla lattes, regular coffee, Americano's and vanilla cappuccino's. Best hotel coffee ever. Also 24-7 soft ice cream dispenser. Breakfast attendant kept everything stocked.”

”Everything was really great, other than the bed wasn't the greatest, but that's more of a personal opinion, as i like a softer bed, so nothing against the hotel for that.”
