”Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. ”

”This rental has it all. Located in the woods close enough to Kings Beach to enjoy the all the amenities, but away from the traffic and crowds. Comfortable and beautifully appointed unit, with spa, pool and excellent hiking trails. We were here for the 4th of July and hiked the nearby trail to the beach to watch the fireworks. Wonderful!”

”What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. ”This was our second time booking this home; it gave us a sense of “home being away from home.” It had all the necessities one needs. There was a nice, hot day and was relieved we had a blender to make smoothies! It is family friendly and close to Northstar which was perfect for our ski/snowboarding getaways. There are a lot of places to eat within a 10-30 minute drive. Would love to book this place again if it is offered during the summer time as we’ve never stayed in Lake Tahoe during that...

”Nice, clean property. The location was good. Close to many things on the north side of the lake. The lake access shown in the pictures is across the highway. The pool is just a short walk from the condo. There were sufficient kitchen items to cook and eat at the condo. There is a small normal coffee pot. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. It was quite warm when we visited. There is no AC but a fan is provided so it was not too bad. Check in was easy.”

”The home was okay. The carpets were filthy. I would recommend putting laminate as it is much more sanitary. The living area was okay as it didn’t have carpet. The hot water heater was small so we had to space out showers but still had cold water. The beds were okay. Said they were queen but seemed smaller. The TV was hung up on someone else’s account and we couldn’t watch TV so we watched on our lap top.”
