”Surprisingly nice considering the cost. I don't typically go low end on my stays but at the hour I flew in to Sarasota and being the flamingo was close to a client I had to visit in the morning, this is where I stayed. Not the cleanest, not the most up to date, but was one of the better beds I've slept in any hotel this year so far. They actually have real size pillows and not those postage stamp size ones the chains have. No Frills but a cheap stay.”

Full Story: Look, I’m a reasonable traveler. I’ve stayed in budget motels before, and I know that sometimes nature finds a way indoors. When I walked into my room at the Super 8 in Ellenton after a long day at the beach, and a cockroach decided to take a stroll across the pillow, my family and I were definitely grossed out. ”I scheduled my stay thru Expedia. I thought I read it included breakfast. $300 a night without an offer of breakfast was a little off putting. My husband and I are disabled.
