”Staff was awful gave us keys to our room. We went up to check out our room, we opened the door and went in and to everyones surprise there was people living in that room. So they gave us another room bùt no heat. So we went down to the front desk they said they sent someone to fix it. After two hours still no heàt Now it is almost midnight and is colder than hell in our room. Fed up we checked out and had to find another room somewhere in Spokane at midnight with basketball tournaments this...

”I paid for the brrakfast package, but the breakfast was sad. It only included grab and go items like cereal, bagels, and fruit. No eggs or anything hot. I like some fruit and protein in the morning, but had to go elsewhere to get any protein. Furthermore, the coffee was very watered down. The room was nice, but if you're looking forward to a place where you can eat in the morning and go. This is not the place for that.”

”This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. ”You need to complain to the local police and mayor that the homeless people hanging around the Hotel area need to be relocated to a shelter as it is effecting the businesses .get together with corporate 7eleven and complain to the city to do something.This causes me on my next Spokane visit to not go to your hotel Also breakfast should not close so early(9am),should stay open until at least 930am.”
