Sijaitsee kauniilla Indian Harbor BeachillÀ, Floridassa Brevardin keskustassa, tarjoamme vieraille rentouttavan loman. Kaikki yksikkömme ovat suoraan merelle pÀin ja tarjoavat kauniin merinÀköalan! Jokainen yksikkö on kauniisti sisustettu 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyyhtiön osakehuoneisto. TÀmÀ 1350 sf-huoneisto on Indian Harbor Beach Club -klubissa neljÀnnessÀ kerroksessa. TÀmÀ rannan edessÀ sijaitseva huoneistohotelli on piilotettu helmi, josta useimmat ihmiset eivÀt tiedÀ. Ne, jotka tietÀvÀt siitÀ, varaavat huoneensa yleensÀ vuodeksi etukÀteen. SiellÀ on katettu ja avoin pysÀköintialue. Ja sisÀpuolella master- ja vieraskylpy on tÀysin varustettu kaikilla tarpeilla. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. (muista vain pakata rantapyyhkeet!) Plasmatelevisiot ovat olohuoneessa, makuuhuoneessa ja vierashuoneessa. SisÀllön toimittaa DirectTV ja ilmaiset elokuvakanavat. Keittiö on tÀysin varustettu kaikella, mitÀ voit odottaa. JÀÀkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, liesi, kahvikannu, tehosekoitin, leivÀnpaahdin jne. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, ja vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta. Pesutupa on suuri kapasiteetti pesukone ja kuivaaja. Kompleksissa on myös lÀmmitetty uima-allas, sekoituslautakentÀt, ulkokÀyttöön tarkoitetut kaasugrillit ja autopesula.

Olemme sijaitsee vain 8. 7 mailin ja 19 minuutin pÀÀssÀ Melbourne International Airport, palvelun Delta Airlines ja US Airways.

We enjoyed our stay & loved how close we were to the beach and the pool! There was everything you needed for cooking we were very impressed with the utensils and amount of pots etc. available. Plenty of space for all 5 of us to be spread out. Lots of extra towels and sheets were also very nice! We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony and dolphins searching for their breakfast. Overall great place to unwind and relax with the family.

This was my 4th time staying at Indian Harbour Beach Club and as always it was the perfect vacation! This was the first time staying in this particular unit and it too was an awesome experience. Everything I needed was available, clean, and in great shape. The decor is beautiful and the views .. to die for! I saw multiple space launches which was just an added bonus. Great condo with great views and amenities. And the management (Cindy and team) were as wonderful to work with as always. I'll be back for sure!

Overall great experience. The building is right in front of the beach, very easy access. Private beach, good size and clean pool. The apartment was right on point for us. Spacious, clean and with everything needed to cook us meals. I would recomend this place

The property was well maintained, the condo was clean and so beautifully decorated. We didn’t have a reason to contact the property manager during our visit but she was on site which was nice. The people in the area were so nice! The condo had everything we needed during our stay. I hope this unit is available next time we visit this area because it would definitely be my first choice!

We took our family vacation here to visit friends. Flying for the first time it a 21 month old we had a lot Of things to bring. One reason we love this listing was because of all it had to offer that helped of things we did not/ could not fly with. As in beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels etc. the condo was clean, comfortable and very spacious. If we travel again we would book this place! Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations!

Upon arrival we discovered that the "cleaning staff" did not clean the master bedding (dried toothpaste), at least 1 bed in the kids room (wet lotion on pillow) and a folded throw blanket (booger). My guess is the other kids bed and the other throw blankets were also not laundered, they just didnt have a visable mess on them. The idea that the whole job of the cleaning staff is to clean and they dont do it is unacceptable. Everyone is charged a cleaning fee. Items should be clean. The fact that those individuals thought it was completely ok for us to sleep in blankets that somebody else slept in is absolutely ridiculous and discusting. I was assured this is ot the norm however I heard another guest talking about her bed being dirty as well. I was offered for the staff to come back in and wash the items, I declined as we don't want people coming after we have already "moved in", we washed them. The room furnishings were nice (a couple things were messed up like the rug and the leak in the shower and a broken electric candle (but that was fine with us). The location right on the beach was great.

No complaints here! Clean room, well stocked, beautiful view from balcony. Pool and beach area are both nice. There are beach chairs, pool toys, etc in 2nd bedroom closet. Would not hesitate to return!

I don’t know where to start about this property, it was that good!! We like more laid back and less people so we prefer to not stay at a large resort with the masses. This property seemed to be mostly people who live there full time. The condo was exactly as shown/described on the site. The view from the balcony couldn’t have been more breathtaking! The washer and dryer are so nice to have while at the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, and fishing poles that are provided are so convenient and we used them a lot. Our family loved this location, we didn’t want to leave!

This was a hidden gem! Beach was not crowded at all, mainly our (large) group had it all to ourselves. Location is close to grocery stores, and just a short drive to the Space Coast Stadium (where our ball team played), shopping, tourist areas, and great restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely be back (without the team)!
