”The promo on Expedia said was near the beach.....was at least 1 mile away. The "included" breakfast consisted of brown bananas, soft apples, white bread and OJ. The main door into out room wasn't sealed. Light came in the room at night, bugs crawled underneath the door, etc. EVERYTHING was dirty.....bathroom, sheets, curtains, floor, on and on....”

”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

Fan in the bathroom was closed off. This hotel is in desperate need of updating and renovation. Very disappointed!”

”The property says newly renovated and no smoking but the bathroom had stains on the sink and smelled like smoke. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, too, though I do appreciate that the shower head had an adjustable stream. The staff was great, and it was fine for our one night stay. The bed was comfortable the iron seemed new, and there were plenty of outlets. Overall good, just the bathroom seemed....worn.”
