”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

”Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Not the most up-to-date, not the most out-of-date. A good stay.”

”The window blinds didn’t fully cover the windows, dishwasher was broken, doors to one of our rooms didn’t close unless you picked it up and forced it closed. The sofa sunk in and the sofa bed mattress was very thin. Other than that the place was good.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Nothing ruins a hotel stay more readily than a noisy, rattly window unit. There was no way to quiet it down other than completely turning it off, and the room quickly heated up to uncomfortable summertime temps. On an unrelated note, they offered the most meager 'free breakfast' that I've ever seen.”

”This hotel is extremely dirty. The wallpaper in the hallway is peeling. Floor tiles are cracked. The elevator floor is broken and dirty. Our room smelled. The hallway smelled. The carpeting is filthy. There was a big red stain on the carpet next to the bed. The lobby wasn’t vacuumed. The front entrance was filthy. It was a disgusting place to stay.”

”No. Ac in any room. For 500 dollars a night I think they should have offered a discount or at least a night stay to make up for that but instead I guess they wanted their money regardless. Not happy”
