”I have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past and I am a returning customer because it is a clean well-kept and safe place to stay, and the prices are reasonable.”

”We arrived on Long Island very late on the 10th. We were at a hotel that was completely horrid and we had to get out of there. We left there the morning of the 12th and booked the Marriott. We left without showering and needed to get ourselves together for the day. The staff at the Marriott allowed us to get into a room around 11 and helped us tremendously. ”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel.
Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel.
We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation.
