”the house is beautiful. the property is well maintained, and right by the water. it is a nice area.”

”Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. ”

”The room was very clean, but there is no actual closet it’s a makeshift area with a curtain you pull. Also, there is no safe. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking.”

”I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot.”

”Check in was ok . Not the greatest. Staff is quite stand off ish. My boyfriend and I complained about the tv not working as soon as we checked in and the front desk asked if it was a Samsung. One we said yes she went on to say “ oh they are giving us problems.” What does that even mean? Breakfast food was not cooked thoroughly and we were told only cash or room charge because the debit - credit card machine is out of service. Parking is horrible since it’s a parking lot shared with the Avis car...

”The room and bath were very clean. Very nice room with home-like amenities. Had an issue with guests in room above us jumping and making a lot of loud noises. We complained and management took care of it immediately. Complementary breakfast was the usual but nicely done--something for everyone.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”It was expensive, but the friendly atmosphere, staff, clean facility were all good. A lot of safe parking spaces were available as well. ”

”Close to shops and mall”

”Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked. ”

”Had a wonderful stay and appreciated the complimentary upgrade to the 2 bedrooms suite. Very spacious and quiet. Thank you Mark. Also thank you Tommy for checking on how my stay was going. This is my home away from home whenever I make it to Long Island, NY. Thank you guys & see you next time 🙏❤️”
