”I would have appreciated knowing that the pool was closed. I would have chose a different hotel. The elevator also stopped working on Friday evening. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs after a long day. This is not my idea of a relaxing stay. Instead of the staff person apologizing about the elevator, he blamed it on the repairman. My room was clean but the outside area by the pool was unkept.”

”The guest host was not welcoming or accommodating after trying to book another night due to flight delays. I had to check into a different hotel even they had availability but they want to charge a higher rate than the night before. I ended up grabbing another hotel same boulevard that was $150 less and much better go figure.”

”I was surprised at how nice this was and the breakfast was great. I have stayed at the Springfield, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Courtyard and Aloft and yes, this is not the Ritz, but I will stay here next week when I am back.”

”The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!”

”The staff were very nice. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, but once notified it was fixed immediately. The pool was great for the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the gym. The space of the room was perfect and the kitchen area was well stocked.”

”Hotel is in pretty bad condition mold in multiple rooms, carpet in hallways are disgusting, roaches everywhere, towels are dingy and stained heavily, bedding is stained and has burn marks, plumbing issues, only good thing about the place is the woman whom works the front desk Monday-Friday..”
