”We will definitely be coming back”

”The facility is very nice but my family and I had a huge inconvenience during our visit. Our stay was definitely short and I wish it would have been longer until there was a power outage. The power failure shut down the in-room phone systems, we were left entirely isolated in a dark room on the 6th floor with no way to contact the front desk for updates or safety reassurance. We were forced to navigate a pitch-black bathroom and take a shower completely in the dark. Our plans to use the pool...

”I stayed in a suite for a week with my partner. It was comfortable, clean, and in a convenient, quiet location. I loved the padded window nook, it was a pleasant spot to hang out. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only negative is that the breakfast consisted mainly of carbohydrates, I was hoping for a little more variety in that area. Other than that, I would 100% come back.”

”The location of this hotel if you are going to a sporting event of U of M is great. Everything is walkable. If you go uptown it’s a long trek but doable. The hotel was very clean & staff were very helpful. The free parking on a game weekend was very much appreciated.”

”Clean and organized”

”The staff service was exceptional over our 3 day visit. Will return!!!”

”Pool closed, breakfast meh”

”Great place to stay and we often do when visiting family. Always clean and well maintained.”

”Our room was comfortable, had plenty of towels. The breakfast was good, had hard boiled eggs, bagels, yogurt and cereal. Staff was happy to make more coffee.”

”Great stay!!!”

”Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.”
