”Enjoyed pool, shops and restaurants nearby. Bathtub curtain dirty, mattress pads very old and stained. Soiled carpet in living room, windows dirty. Otherwise, kitchen and living area nicely done and comfortable. ”

I had a little hiccup with the cable one day and the owners had the cable company out there the next morning to fix it. I appreciated their responsiveness. ”Just finished a great week in Palm Desert, and this property met or exceeded our expectations in almost every way. First of all, our biggest source of anxiety about the property was the second story but the front staircase was not a big deal and more importantly the back patio was wonderful in terms of providing a nice quiet and shady spot for our breakfast and coffee. ”I stayed here for 4 nights while volunteering at the American Express golf tournament at PGA West in La Quinta. Outstanding location in Old Town La Quinta. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Very cozy living room and very comfortable bed. Large walk in closet, and great wifi reception. I didn’t use it but the pool was just in back of the building. Highly recommend this unit for a single person or couple.”

The room I paid for was for a 1 bedroom suite with dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc. The room I was given was an approximate 300 sq ft guest room. It was fine, but not what I paid for.
