Next time you stay with us, given you want to try again, please let us place you in a room away from the elevators and see if this gives you a more pleasant experience. While I understand your concern, this is a limitation that I am unable to address. It appears that our contractors were delayed on the day of the unexpected heavy ice storm. I personally made an effort to clear the ground and shovel the sidewalks to the best of my ability.
