Asunnot – Edinburgh

”Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

”There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. ”

”A very nice apartment in a great neighbourhood. Lot’s of restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to. Great staff who answer all the questions super quickly. Apartment itself was great and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and extra points for the warm and cosy blanket. Great water pressure in the shower. However, it is on the ground floor, so there is not much natural light. You could hear the footsteps from the apartment above, but that did not bother us too much. If you are a very light sleeper it...

The noise wasn’t an issue for us but ear plugs were provided the only negative would be there were only two bowls and for a family of four this didn’t work but was not the end of the world.”

”Lovely accommodation in a nice, residential area of Edinburgh, with easy access to both city life and beautiful green spaces. The agent responded quickly on the couple of occasions we needed to contact them. I found the online guides to be generic and not specific to the property e.g. the heating system. Certainly recommend this place to stay.”

”An excellent location off the Royal Mile. The room was spacious, and the in-room washer/dryer made our trip easier. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a Sainsbury nearby for groceries. This room (#4) faces the back courtyard and church - we found it very light-filled yet without street noise. There is no elevator, but the steps were easy.”
