”While a studio, the stay offers a full kitchen, complete with baking utensils and pans, and it is very conveniently located in the heart of Des Moines. The bed was comfy, the shower strong, and soaps, shampoos and other bathroom articles were provided.”

”The host was super welcoming and pleasant. However the cleanliness of the flat wasn’t quite up to par. When we arrived at the Vrbo the trash hadn’t been removed prior to us getting there. The floors through out the flat were dirty, there were feces left in the toilet and mold on the shower curtain. The Vrbo did not have toilet paper and only had half a roll available once we arrived (not too big of a deal had it been a longer trip we would have planned needing to buy more) overall it was...

”This property was comfortable, affordable, and entertaining!! We were welcomed with a clean and cozy loft overlooking city with FANTASTIC view of the Des Moines Capital. ”Not really impressed with this property. The furniture seemed like “staging” furniture. Looks good in picture but in person, run down. The beds were uncomfortable and pushed into corners. One bed did not have a fitted sheet. Only a mattress protector. The couch in the living room is much smaller than it appears and had springs popping up One of the LR chairs arm was wobbly. ”Comminication was great! We had a couple little hiccups along the way, but she resolved everything quickly. I also made a couple little suggestions on small amenities that we felt would have made our stay even better. She seemed very open to our suggestions, and vowed to include them in the future. It was a very central location to our event, and I loved how easy it was to get in and out of the place, and to other places in the Des Moines area. We already plan on booking it for our stay...
