”I booked a 5 night stay at an avantstay property in Indio CA for ton of money and two days before the trip I came down with covid. They refused any sort of refund or change requests and charged the full amount despite not using the property at all and having SIZABLE "taxes and fees" and "property fees" added to my bill aside from the nightly rate A very negative, frustrating, and expensive experience. I do not recommend.”

Stream outside apt very relaxing to watch, especially with the ducks (and they had babies!). Nice pool. Well equipped. Looking at size of place, might think is cramped. But well laid out and appointed. Would definitely stay again. ”

The home had everything we needed including games to occupy my 2 children under 12 y/o. We were visiting for the Sandstorm lacrosse tournament and the close proximity to the Empire Polo grounds made this property perfect for our needs (30 minute walk to the fields/5 minute drive. The close pool was heated which is so great when the sun goes down!...
